At Grange, Co. Slig o Tilman Anhold and his wife Colette have been offering a range of horseback riding vacations and trail riding holidays for more than 30 years.

Their guesthouse and stables is situated along a 20 mile stretch of coastline, with beaches and dunes, on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean.

Horse Holiday Farm in the shadow of the magnificent Ben Bulben offers a perfect choice for riders who want something different from the usual Horse Riding Holidays.

At Horse Holiday Farm you will enjoy top standard guesthouse accommodation, friendly staff and home cooked Irish breakfast. Relax in the comfortable surroundings after a long day in the saddle. The saddlery is second to none.

You can use the farm as a base for the duration of your Horse Riding Holidays, or you can take your horse and saddlebags and set out along premarked routes on a Trail Riding Vacation with pre booked accommodation, stopping whenever the mood takes you and your four legged friend.

General:
In order to participate in our Trail riders must be fit and able to trot, canter and gallop at ease, You must also be capable of taking good care of your horse: feed , groom and tack up.
On the Riding by the Sea programme riders must be minimum Intermediate standard, this programme is also suited to very experienced riders.
On all programmes children must be over 12 years of age and good riders and also must be capable of spending long hours in the saddle.
